Prohibited and Restricted Items

Vipelanlar.az is a product of “ORİJİNAL AZ” LLC.

Goods and services that violate the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, infringe third-party rights or create serious safety risks are prohibited on the platform.

Prohibited listings include, in particular:

• firearms, ammunition and explosives;
• unlawful trade in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors;
• prescription medicines and other medicines that cannot lawfully be sold by an ordinary user;
• stolen or counterfeit goods;
• goods infringing trademarks or other intellectual-property rights;
• identity cards, passports and other official identity documents;
• bank cards, bank-account credentials, passwords and authentication codes;
• unlawful gambling and related services;
• human trafficking, exploitation and other unlawful services;
• phishing, malware and fraudulent offers.

Medical equipment, animals, chemical substances, services requiring licences or special permissions, and other higher-risk categories may be subject to additional human review and documentary verification.

Vipelanlar.az may reject, hide or remove a listing, request supporting documents, restrict account functions or suspend an account in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Suspected prohibited listings may be reported through the platform's reporting function or to support@vipelanlar.az.
