Vipelanlar.az provides a technical platform that allows users to post and search listings and communicate with other users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vipelanlar.az is not the seller, buyer, manufacturer, importer, guarantor or contracting party in relation to goods or services offered by users.

Users must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials and remain responsible for the content of their listings.

It is prohibited to offer unlawful, stolen or counterfeit goods, use the platform for fraud or phishing, distribute malicious software, unlawfully disclose personal data, interfere with the technical operation of the platform or attempt to bypass moderation and security controls.

Vipelanlar.az may review listings and accounts, request additional information, delay or reject publication, hide or remove content, restrict account functions and suspend accounts in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Users may submit complaints concerning listings, accounts, moderation decisions or alleged rights violations to support@vipelanlar.az.

Transactions, payments, delivery, product quality, warranties and other obligations arising between users remain the responsibility of the relevant users.

The platform may in the future offer paid listings, promotion, advertising, premium features and other paid services. Applicable prices, duration, scope, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Intellectual property in the platform software, design, branding and platform materials may be protected by law. Users retain rights in their own listing content while granting the platform the limited rights necessary to display and technically process that content for operation of the service.

Vipelanlar.az does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service. The operator's liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and cookie use is governed by the Cookie Policy.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in functionality, security requirements or applicable law. A new version will be published with its effective date.

These Terms are interpreted and applied with regard to the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Users are encouraged to first use the platform's support and complaint mechanisms before pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.
